Visit office.com and sign in with your Siena Heights email address and password to sign in. Once signed in, you can download Office apps to your computer. You can also access most apps, like Word and PowerPoint, directly from your web browser.
Access Email on Office.com
On office.com, students can check their email by clicking the Outlook icon. This inbox can be used to check university emails and other important messages. You can send messages from your official sienaheights.edu address from this inbox.
Connect to On-Campus WiFi
When arriving to campus, students can access our free WiFi network. Students should connect to the WiFi network SHU-KeyGen and follow the instructions that pop up after connecting. After following the instructions, a unique passcode is generated that allows up to 10 devices to
connect to SHU-PPSK, the best WiFi network for personal devices.
For smart home and other personal assistant devices, we recommend connecting them to the WiFi network Saints_Guest.
Can’t Login to Your Account?
No problem. We offer a few solutions to restoring access to your account. If you are a new student or have not set up security questions or a backup email/phone number, you will need to call the IT Help Desk. We recommend setting up security information in your office.com account as soon as possible, so you can reset your password any time you need. You can learn more about recovering your account and common reasons for being locked out by clicking here.
