The Division of Information Technology provides support to all faculty, staff, and students at Siena Heights University. IT Services provides assistance through our support ticketing system, alongside a help desk reachable by phone, email, or visiting in-person. Here you can find our friendly staff and student workers who would be happy to help you with IT-related requests and issues. Locked out of your account? Our staff are available weekdays between 8am-5pm. For advanced assistance regarding classroom technology, advanced canvas help, or other requests, please contact us between 8am-5pm.

You can also reach us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by visiting the 3rd floor of Dominican Hall. If we are unavailable or you’d simply prefer to report an IT problem, you can also submit an IT Help Desk ticket detailing the situation.
