Connect to On-Campus WiFi
When arriving to campus, students can access our free WiFi network. Students can connect to the WiFi network SHU_Saints using their SHU username and password.
For smart home and other personal assistant devices, we recommend connecting them to the WiFi network SHU_IoT.
Can’t Login to Your Account?
No problem. We offer a few solutions to restoring access to your account. If you are a new student or have not set up security questions or a backup email/phone number, you will need to call the IT Help Desk. We recommend setting up security information in your office.com account as soon as possible, so you can reset your password any time you need. You can learn more about recovering your account and common reasons for being locked out by clicking here.
