Room and Board Rates – 2025/2026
There will not be a residency requirement for the 2025/2026 academic year. Students may choose to live on or off campus. For those living on campus, please see the room and board rates below.
Living at Campus Village:
Students entering into their third year, current juniors, and current seniors are eligible to live in Campus Village if space permits. Each student is assigned their own bedroom and bathroom. Every apartment has a common kitchen and living room area. All students are required to have a meal plan. Rates are per semester:

Living in the Residence Halls:
All other students in University Housing live in one of our three residence halls. Archangelus, Ledwidge, and St. Catherine offers students a variety of housing options. All first-year students are required to purchase an Option 19 meal plan. All other students have a choice of the two meal plans below. Rates are per semester:

Room Descriptions:
Standard Rooms – Found in Archangelus and Ledwidge Hall
- Quad: Four students in one large room with community bathroom
- Double: Two students in one room with community bathroom
Premium I – Archangelus Hall
- Double Suite: Double room that shares a bathroom with another double or single room
- Single: Single room with community bathroom
Premium II – Found in Archangelus, Ledwidge, and St. Catherine Hall
- Single Suite: Single room that shares a bathroom with another single or double
- Private: Single room that has a private bathroom in the room
- Catherine: Double suites – all rooms have air conditioning
Meal Plan Descriptions:
- Block 100: 100 meals per semester (6-7/week average) & $200 Flex Dollars per semester
- Option 14: 14 meals per week & $200 Flex Dollars per semester
- Option 19: 19 meals per week & $200 Flex Dollars per semester
