Samantha Thacker currently serves as the Director of Residence Life. Samantha has a Bachelors in Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership both from Siena Heights. Samantha began her career at SHU in 2005 as the Housing Coordinator. She moved into her current role as director in July 2019. What Sam enjoys most about working at Siena is watching the growth that takes place from the time students arrive on campus their first year until they graduate – especially those students who work in Residence Life. It’s an amazing journey to watch!
Shawna Eversole

Shawna Eversole is the Residence Life Coordinator for Campus Village and St. Catherine’s. Shawna has a Bachelors in Social Work from Spring Arbor University, and recently earned my Master of Arts in Higher Education Leadership right here at Siena! A Saint that inspires Shawna would be Saint Francis because of his love and devotion to all forms of creation as well as how he valued peace. Her favorite quote from Saint Francis is, “Lord, make me an instrument of peace. Where there is hatred, let me sow love.” Shawna is full of enthusiasm for SHU and our students, and says, “I look forward to welcoming you to campus and into the Siena community, Go Saints!”
