STRATEGIC ENROLLMENT MANAGEMENT (SEM)
RESPONSIVE & INTERACTIVE
Siena’s strategic enrollment structure is designed first and foremost for student success, while improving institutional efficiency and effectiveness. It is further designed to manage Siena’s enrollment to optimize tuition and fee revenue in support of operations and
institutional improvement. Finally, it looks toward future enrollment needs and suggests curricular and co-curricular programing to address those needs and market changes.
Strategic enrollment issues are identified by the cross divisional SEM team for review and discussion. As consensus is reached on recommendations and suggestions for strategic institutional improvement, proposals are developed for presentation to the University’s Executive Council (ECA) through the Vice President for Enrollment Management for additional questions or further institutional action.
WIDER UNIVERSITY SCOPE
The inclusive nature of the SEM structure allows for organic development of enrollment solutions that are flow from the heart of the institution rather than from its leadership. The fluidity of the designated task forces allow for institutional experts to move in and out of various task forces as needed, with members changing as the topic or point of problem solving shifts. This includes an ever increasing cross institutional presences in the suggested enrollment solutions.
INCLUSIVE AND SOLUTION DRIVEN
The Institutional SEM is a University-wide effort designed to brainstorm institutional solutions for strategic enrollment management issues to support the successful efforts of the EM Division and the Vice President for Enrollment Management to support enrollment outcomes https://collegescorecard.ed.gov/school/?172264-Siena-Heights-University.
