Task Force Goal: develop an accurate and integrated representation of Siena’s student development efforts

1. Define “The Siena Effect,” aka the development of our students from freshmen to graduation, identified in the research done to develop the CAS publications.

2. Review all current student development efforts across the University

3. Evaluate Siena’s isolated efforts and synthesize them into a model that integrates and represents all of Siena’s good work into a holistic student development model to clearly represent a University philosophy

4.  Seek University feedback and input to the creative development of the philosophy for current and future adjustments

5.  Define Siena’s philosophy so it can be easily discussed and understood with potential applicants to qualify Siena value proposition and promote its clarity in mission.
