The Staff Excellence Award recognizes staff members who admirably represent the mission of Siena Heights University to the community, exemplify themselves through competent work performance, and conduct themselves professionally, personably and ethically.

The Committee invites all SHU employees and students, to nominate staff members for this recognition.  

ALL NOMINEES:

  • Must have completed 90 calendar days of full-time employment prior to January 1, 2024.
  • Cannot be a recipient of this award in the previous five years. 

Engraved and monetary awards are presented to each honoree during the spring Honors Convocation.

Please complete the online nomination form to the right. Please summarize this nominee’s contributions in the categories listed and give specific examples in each that reflect the nominee’s contribution to Siena Heights University and why he or she deserves this recognition. Please be detailed and as specific as possible.
