Honors Program Application – SHU Landing Page Forms

Students wishing to participate in the Siena Heights University Honors Program are required to submit this application.

To help the Honors Program Committee evaluate your application, please submit a one-to-two page double-spaced personal statement regarding why you would like to be considered for participation in the program. Additionally, two letters of reference from educators should be submitted as well. These materials should be emailed to the Honors Program Director, Dr. Julius Nagy.

Please fill out the entire application. If you press submit and the form does not go through then you have missed a required field. You will receive an email validating your application submission.
