Students wishing to participate in the Siena Heights University Honors Program are required to submit this application.
To help the Honors Program Committee evaluate your application, please submit a one-to-two page double-spaced personal statement regarding why you would like to be considered for participation in the program. Additionally, request two letters of reference from educators be sent to the attention of the Honors Program director, Dr. Julieanna Frost, Siena Heights University, 308 B Sacred Heart, 1247 E. Siena Heights Drive, Adrian, MI 49221, or email materials to firstname.lastname@example.org. Materials can also be attached to your submission using the form to the right.
