Cost Saving Tips
Did you know:
- If you receive unwanted mail for your department follow the guidelines in the Mail Service Guide to “Return to Sender” or un-subscribe from a mailing. This will reduce the amount of unwanted mail in the system lowering costs.
- Shipping items early with UPS or Fedex vs. overnight or next day service can lead to a significant cost savings
- Including your Department name on your incoming mail increases efficiency. We sort by Department first.
